Our first stop takes us to The Canava Santorini Distillery. Prepare yourselves for a trip through time & a lot of amazing history. Canava Santorini was established in 1974 by Evagellos Lygnos and today his son, Loukas, still produces the same fine spirits.

On our tour through their jaw-dropping museum, “Santorini, The Days Gone By”, you will immerse in the everyday life of an era bygone. Walk through the local village from years ago, sit in Giagia’s parlor, stroll through the Main Square and even shop from a street-market of the past! You will be blown away by the hours of work, detailed knowledge and passion put into this effort for a true glimpse into history. After the tour, relax at a traditional cafene for Ouzo, Tsipouro made only in Santorini! And enjoy a wonderful liqueur degustation, included in the price. Yummy!

Now, how about a refreshing beer-tasting? A visit to the lovely Santorini Brewing Company at the picturesque settlement of Mesa Gonia reveals the secrets of Theran beer. As their motto suggests, “Welcome to the Donkey Experience, Fresh & Unfiltered Pleasure!” Find out the secrets of brewing local beers and have a sip, over the most exciting views! And then, it is time for Venetsanos Winery! Built in 1949 in Megalochori, the winery unveils its mysteries to those lucky enough to pursue them. The perfect ending to a fragrant, flavorful journey in Santorini!
