Light House:
Built in 1892 by a French company, Akrotiri’s lighthouse is one of the oldest in Greece.
Its still operating and is one of the most beautiful and romantic places on the Island.

Emporio:
Definitely a “must-see”. This Area is built like a maze. In the former times people used to hide there from the pirates and the tight and narrow paths were perfect to keep the citizens safe and hidden back in days.

Megalochori:
Means the big or biggest village, but in fact is one of the smallest. Megalochori has a beautiful square where you will find typical and traditional tavernas. It is the perfect area to walk around and discover the beauty of the traditional lifestyle of Santorini.

Pyrgos:
The former capital of the Island and the highest village. A traditional village with its small paths which is really worth to visit.
Beautiful small tavernas, cafes, gift shops and galleries are waiting for you to get explored.

Profitis Illias:
At the summit of Prophet Elias is the monastery named after the mountain.
At 2,000 feet (600 meters), this is the tallest mountain on the island of Santorini.
From here, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the whitewashed homes.

Firostefani:
When you visit Firostefani’s Blue Dome Church, you will instantly recognize it.
This is because it is commonly featured on many Santorini post cards.

Imerovigli:
Imerovigli is a village built on the cliff of the Caldera. This facilitates amazing views of the island and the Aegean Sea.
Another main attraction to the village is a large rock called the Skaros, which is the remnant of an old castle.

Oia:
Probably the most famous village. All the well known photo motives are taken from there and its also the most popular spot to watch the beautiful Sunset.
You are going to find marbled paved floor, art galleries, a lot of open air cafes and cave houses, which were used from crew member of ships, back in the days.
